  • I have been with sa.wikipedia since 26th May 2009. My primary focus at that time had been translating the interface message on this wiki, which were at that time being displayed either in Hindi or grammatically incorrect Sanskrit. This translation work I did on translatewiki.net which is not counted as 'my contribution' on this website due to design reasons. Besides I’ve been keeping eye on newcomers on sa.wiki, and found pleasure having helped them in whatever respect they asked for help. I have translated most of highly used words and phrases of Sanskrit wikipedia through translating Mediawiki. Now I am working for sa.wikipedia's contents and standardization.
I have about 700 edits on sawiki, most of them are due to various policy related and linguistic discussions for Sanskrit wiki, as the wikipedia is in its preliminary stage. In addition to this, I have more than 700 translation-edits on translatewiki.net in Sanskrit language (there are total 890 or so translated messages of sanskrit mediawiki at moment I'm writing).
  • I was granted sysopship on 6th Nov. 2011 (as per Indian Time). From then on I am translating the interface messages locally, because it takes much delay to reflect changes from translatewiki.net. From that time I have translated more than 200 messages and continuing. Important translated messages are roughly documented by me on this page.
  • Also started creating important pages in namespace 'wikipedia' in Sanskrit which were totally lacking on sa.wikipedia. These are aimed at encouraging any new Sanskrit knower wikipedian, by giving basic information of wikipedia's working in Sanskrit itself. Example of such pages are: bots, subpages, An introduction to wikipedia interface for new-comers (under development).
  • Earlier, designed a welcome template and message in Sanskrit to sensitize and encourage new account creaters to the basic philosophy of Sanskrit wikipedia.
  • फलकम्:विकि-जानकारी इति फलकस्य भाषाशोधनम् (फलकमेतत् नूतनपरिवर्तनानि इति पृष्ठे उपरि दृश्यते)।
  • My complete contributions are here, while my contribution at translatewiki are here.
  • Replaced all instances of ऎ, ऒ, ॆ, and ॊ in all articles of sa.wikipedia with ऐ, ओ, े,ो respectively, as far as content is concerned. (So now we can happily say that, at least content of sa.wikipedia is free from this error.)
  • Made all year-related articles grammatically meaningful, by replacing their erroneous content, keeping other parts intact.
