Thanks for your welcoming message. I realize that, for quite a while at least, we won't be able to have a Main Page with a Featured Article. But I do have some plans for a Main Page that does not require a Featured Article; when I have time I will sketch it out on my subpage.

By the way, as you have probably seen on my user page, I am also interested in standardizing the transliteration of non-Sanskrit names. I see that you have created some articles about countries that do not have obvious Sanskrit names. I might, at some point, have some comments to make on the naming conventions.

I edit the English Wikipedia, but not the Hindi one (I don't speak Hindi, even though I'm comfortable with Devanagari). --शिवः 22:55, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
