The addresses in the "Sister Projects" for Sanskrit Wiktionary are wrong. The are leading to English wukipedia or its sister sites.
Please change them so that they lead to proper place.

The Navigation panel on your left side is written in Hindi ! Shouldn't that also be in Sanskrit ? And what the hell is this note:

This is Sanskrit Wiki, why doesn't somebody change it ? Alas, i don't have the permission to do so. Similarly the page inclused words like पन्ना , बदले, etc. If Hindi too is written in Devanagari doesn't mean that you can mix them as you like.

You can see the current status of localisation of your language on MediaWiki.org and do not forget to get in touch with others that may already be working on your language on Betawiki.
If you have any further questions, please let the developers know on Betawiki. They will try and assist you as much as possible, for example by importing all messages from this wiki for you to start with, if you so desire.
You can also find them on the Freenode IRC network in the channel #mediawiki-i18n where they will be happy to help you get started.

[सम्पादयतु] entry into search box
Hindi wikipedia has been updated so that it is easy to senter search terms as well as posts directly into devanagari script. It would be great if the same could be implemented for sanskrit wikipedia also.

Greetings fellow Sanskrit Wikipedians! I am a student of Sanskrit, and believe that Wikipedia Sanskrit can attract the most contributors from this group of people. I believe that inherently, the goal of a Sanskrit student to improve his or her Sanskrit skills will mean all articles contributed will be neutral in tone. - It is indeed Sanskrit. The lyrics is actually 100 syllable vajrasattva mantra. The pronunciation is in the tibetan style. get hold of the mantra and listen to the song again, you can make out Sanskrit words. रामप्रियः १९:४२, १० एप्रिल् २०११ (UTC)

I am Sai Susarla, a Samskrita Bharati Karyakarta. I wanted to start a volunteer-driven effort to type certain texts (halaayudha kosha, a renowned sanskrit-to-sanskrit dictionary, and short stories in sanskrit) into either wikisource or wikibooks (I don't know which is the right place). However, I don't see the "transliterate" or "samskritam" typing facility in either wikisource or wikibooks for samskrit. Is that a bug? Could that be enabled so I can start the work?.
